The Challenge
In the post-COVID landscape, healthcare brands and policymakers needed to understand evolving attitudes toward vaccination, immunity, and prevention across different population segments in Malaysia.
Our Approach
We conducted explorations into vaccine uptake patterns and optimisation opportunities, examining how different segments perceive immunity, risk, and prevention. The study covered expectations toward healthcare providers, government, and pharma brands, as well as the triggers and barriers shaping actual vaccination behaviour.
