The fast-food chain needed continuous competitive intelligence on pricing and menu offerings across a wide range of competitors — both international chains and local merchants — to react quickly in pricing and promotions.

We organised a large, periodic data collection exercise covering pricing and menu data from both international and local food merchants. We then built a custom dashboard enabling fast data entry and immediate extraction, allowing the client to react rapidly to competitive moves.
