The Challenge
Standard respondent panels suffer from professional respondent fatigue, leading to stale data and limited demographic diversity. Clients needed fresher samples that better represent real-world Malaysia.
Our Approach
We actively participate in job fairs and events across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur to recruit fresh respondents with diverse profiles. We build and maintain a growing pool of grassroots recruiters for better demographic and geographic spread. In parallel, we leverage digital marketing channels to pre-screen and recruit niche audiences, test message hooks and creatives, and funnel qualified respondents into structured research.
